Mr. Souder has been in the publishing
industry since he got his first letterpress at age ten. Throughout his
career he has moved from typesetting to design to art direction and into
marketing. His specialties include integrated web and print solutions, blog
maintenance, and branding solutions. His former employers include a
newspaper chain in Portland, Oregon; a trade magazine publisher in Seattle,
Washington; Microsoft in Redmond, Washington; a science curriculum publisher
based out of Chicago, Illinois. He has been in private consulting for over
six years. |

Mr. Lineback has been part of the Studio 403
family for over five years. His specialties include web site design and fine
art manipulation. His career has included stints with the Aldus Corporation
in Seattle, Washington, and their current owner, Abode Systems, among
others. |

Mr. Martin is our premier logo
design guru. His years of experience are reflected in the work that he does
for Tin Hat Novelties and in conjunction with art organizations throughout
Seattle and King County Washington. He is also the premier baseball league
organizer for non-profit groups. |
